It is impossible for me not to root for the Giants.....this was my home town team as a kid playing Little League baseball back in the day. I got to meet all the Giants one year when they came to Santa Clara for a then annual exhibition game with the Santa Clara University Baseball team.......Willie Mays, McCovey, Juan Marashal, Gaylord Perry, Bobby Bonds, Dave Kingman........what a cool thing for a 10 year old kid

I'm glad you mentioned Bobby and not the other Bonds, you would have lost me there, but I'm a home-grown Missouri boy so I've got to root for the Royals.

Yeah....too bad the kid turned out to be such a "Douche".

I don't know though the Giants seem to be hitting their stride the last couple of games.......the big "MO" seems to be on their side
