You know, I've now been married to my high-school sweetheart for 45 years. We've struggled a lot, we've raised six kids and I've learned a lot over that time but I believe I can say I've got it all at this point and I wouldn't change anything. The list in the OP is but a mere shadow of what my wife is to me and what she can do.
