I'm with you Jim.....Ribeye or Prime Rib....all the same thing actually just the preparation is different

I rotisseried my first prime rib this past Easter. It was a 16.5 lb bone in and I must say, it was the best damn steak I have personally made. Mastros tops my list for best steaks!
