    RHE and PV is the extreme high rent district in this part of town. Loaded with money and quite a few famous people hidden in there. The area I was driving through you could probably pick up a fixer upper for somewhere in the neighborhood of $2mil.

    We've got a area like that down here too, a small tear down lot on Captiva Island or Usepa Island will set you back a minimum of a cool mil, that's for a 10K sq ft tear down lot, yup, no house.

    Yup.....a 5000 Sq Ft lot in Corona Del Mar (Part of Newport Beach) can set you back a cool $3M if it's on the water......and that's before you build your McMansion ......and that's cheap compared to lots on Linda Isle (also Newport Beach) with a boat slip
