Not too bad, we found one but think its a bit high in price. We are going to throw an offer at them 50k less than what they are asking.
Honestly, we do not really want to move however, my grandma really needs stay with someone. She lives 90 miles away and it is just too far for her to be on her own so we are looking for a place with an in-laws spot for her.
We did get an offer on our house 15k under asking so we will see. We don't plan on moving unless we find a place that meets our requirements.
Only time will tell I guess.

Not Claremont. After speaking with you Friday, we decided although the house is affordable, the cost of living is not.
I asked Kim and she said for water and trash we pay like $120 every other month.
We are looking at a place in upland off of 21st and Albright. Market seems to be a bit stagnant in the price range we are looking at so hoping for some negotiation room.
