Living in Parker (part time)

I'm seriously thinking of living in Parker part time. Things in my life have changed that will allow me to do this. But that isn't the primary reason.

I have a office in Goodyear Az and Vegas for my primary business. I've neglected these areas for too long and business in Ca is really slowing down.

In the past I would do 1 or 2 nights in Vegas or Az. Not nearly long enough to be effective. Parker is pretty central to So Nevada and the Phoenix area. Both are less than 3hrs away.

I don't see a downside. Bueller?

If you can set up your residence outside of CA it would be even better financially.....Vegas would be best and AZ would be a close second.....do anything you can do to get out of CA if you know what I mean
