I have been on it for 5 weeks, going pretty good think i have dropped about 26 pound so far, trying to figure out new ways to eat while on it to keep thing fresh. Hit store today and my dinner plan for the week are
corn beef and cabbage
stuffed bell peppers using ground up chuck roast
chicken breast with butter garlic and mushrooms
smoked half turkey breast on the grill with Brocolli
shrimp stir fry with bell peppers, waster crest nuts,sprouts
steak and veggie
cabbage rolls
