Well.........just back in from CA and can't even imagine getting on a scale as I have blown up like a balloon in the past few months since the challenge

.....I got all kinds of excuses but they are just that............EXCUSES!!!!

I need to take some serious weight off or I'm going to blow-up one of these days!!
