I am watching this show for the first time on Nat Geo and it is def intense.
I have never heard of it before and after 5min Im hooked.

I recommend it if you can handle a bit of gore.

Yah no kidding. It really puts things into perspective. The stuff they go through is beyond comprehension if you haven't been there.
