I saw them at the Greek Theater in 2008. I completed the Cool Breeze century ride that day but despite my jello legs I danced the entire time.

Super Concerts - When will we see another? Live Aid and Live 8, the Woodstock's, the US Festivals, Cal Jam.
Glastonbury, Pink Pop...but they don't have as much umphhhhh....
--------------
Let's start with those who stole the show at Live Aid.
Of course, Freddie rocked it like no other could.... I never cared for Radio Ga Ga, but he ruled the world that day, some say the greatest live performance in the hostory of rock music.
Bono and U2, the best version/performance of Bad, ever

Live Aid
Bob Geldof and the Boomtown Rats put up a great version of the song written for one of the first publicized school shootings in San Diego.
Geldof was also great in The Wall.
Bryan Ferry - always a class act, with David Gilmour on guitar (must be nice to make that kind of call), great version of Slave to lOve, and John Lennon's Jealous Guy. Ferry was the only artist ever to take Jealous Guy to number one.

Moving it to the states...
Overall, despite Zeppelin, Ozzy, Judas Priest and some other heavy hitters, my favs were some of the others.
The Cars, rockin an Apple Lisa PC in 1985, nice!
Pretenders - just never found their mojo again, Chrissie did, but it was an odd performance. My favorite lyrics:
Now the reason we're here
Every man, every woman
Is to help each other
Stand by each other
When love walks in the room
Everybody stand up
Oh it's good, good good
Say I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you
Duran Duran did a great Save a Prayer
