Its usually not a big deal. People share wifi all the time. But when a new account shows up using an old IP, and that IP has a common denominator for a single person, that's a pretty good indication that its the same person using a fake account. Some sites ban both the old and new user. So far I've only banned the new user. The old user usually gets the idea
