When I see a pic like that the last thing I think about is button's or what gender the shirt is made for.

AND....maybe it's just me, but the pocket placement seems higher, fashionably more feminine, than a man might wear. Yes,...I TOO saw the girl, but the button thing, well, perhaps I've unbuttoned my share of women's blouses.....
