Great write up Eli! WOT did a great job on an issue with my boat a year ago. Very elusive electrical prob and they took their time to track it down and not charge me for unnecessary parts.

Nice review of your visit Eli !!! The shop is clean and well organized, thats ALWAYS a plus!! It shows they take pride in what they do. Not having a manufacturer certification isn't necessarily a deal breaker, I like the fact that they are going to classes to get the knowledge needed for todays complex systems, especially the outboard stuff!!! I wouldn't even attempt pulling a cowling off one of todays new outboards, I'd be completely lost!!! They were Honest, informative and enthusiastic, ,, all big pluses in my book!!! :0)...
