Thanks it's Matte Black powder coat.

Most of the hardware will be this color with some chrome and polish thrown in here and there to break it up.

Thank you all - trying to keep the theme of a clean, industrial kind of look this time around. The hardware on the transom will be a mix of gloss black and some polished stainless / aluminum (like the first pic) The boat will be white so I used this boat as my template. The one outside cavitation plate mounted (in the crappy 2nd pic) I wet-sanded and buffed it before installing it.
