I saw this house the day after he bought it, as a matter of fact I saw it before he did but it wasn't up yet.
Like everything Steve owns he does it right, including showing his neighbor exactly where the property line is The upgrades are top notch Things that to most would have been perfect he made more perfect.
At 249 this is a bargain for someone.

With my step-son going to the University of Arizona the wife said OK to a house in Havasu, so he can get in state tuition after a year.
Difference in tuition between out of state and in state makes owning a house financially sound.
