Honestly I feel much better today but last night I was really hoping I would get banned for the night so I would have no choice but to turn it off and go to bed. Who knew I had the inner strength to do it myself. 
I, or the mods, won't be your sleep monitor. So I suggest you gather your inner strength every night (or day, or afternoon, or evening) to avoid any issues. The next ban won't be a 24hr ban. I promise.
