Great house, garage is 1 foot short for me. I need 36 feet tip to tip to fit the boat.
With my step-son going to the University of Arizona the wife said OK to a house in Havasu, so he can get in state tuition after a year.
Difference in tuition between out of state and in state makes owning a house financially sound.
