No, the problem is booking WITH CHOICE. booking with outside booking agencies or directly with the hotel is not a problem. You just pay more.. Had we paid better attention when we booked it, we probably wouldn't have.. Originally Posted by Stainless

I got frustrated with Hotels.com over a free night I had earned. Long story short, I wanted to use it 1 week outside the deadline and they wouldn't work with me even though I attempted it bf deadline. Oh well, rules are rules as they say.
