Wasn't thinking of selling the lot but your house/location made us think about trading. It'll never have its view obscured and its 100 yards from offroading.
I remember seeing your posts about your big southside lot, never really knew where it was exactly. Being that much acreage I figured it had to be more by donkey acres or the horse ranch region.
Originally our lot was listed above 100k but family deaths prompted heirs to sell for quick cash.....
