They're hardly ever are around here, once a year maybe at best, it's like most of those reality shows, they're full of crap, the beaches are always full of people, nobody worries about them,.................Run Sharknado.

Well that's too bad. I thought there might be some homes going cheap with all the residents being eaten by sharks..

That's funny, you don't need sharks for that, this area was hit hard by the 2008 crash, in 2002-2004 a lot of people over-extended and bought second homes when times were good, it's coming back the last 10-12 months, we bought 18 months ago and stole our house, probably 50% what is was worth in 2000 and since I did the re-model the value is getting close to what it was back in 2004 and our taxes are proving that.
