    BBQ Smoked Treager Beer Can Chicken.... its like POULTRY PRIME RIB!

    My recipe is on the "What's on the BBQ" thread page 26

    leave about a half a can of beer in it, its steams it from the inside. I brine mine for 24 hours before the cooking. If you want the brine mix let me know

    Secret brine! I like it!

    I found that 24 hours is too stiff with my brine mix. We go about 12 hours now on whole chickens with a strong brine.
