    I've never seen train tracks with arm on both sides of the track, interesting.

    Huh?

    There are tracks in Anderson and Redding that cross both lanes on both sides.

    It is unusual, but they do go all the across sometimes.

    That's definitely not what it looked like. There were two arms on each side maybe because the street is very wide.
