you should wrap them in bacon! I have done that a few times amazing!!!

It is fresh cooked bacon mixed with cream cheese then stuffed into the pepper.

We use the Vegie Cream Cheese and wrap with Bacon. There are racks made for stuffed Jap.'s and they work great, set the rack on a cookie sheet or foil to catch the grease and put on the grill on High,,,,,,,,,,,Damn Good!!
