Well I'm up a little for the week which was expected. I also have already hit my initial goal weight. I'll make a push for next Monday though just to see how low I can go for a day.

Somehow I think falling off the wagon is better than falling into a barrel...of wine...like I did. It's completely hindered my weight loss. I'm going to dry out for 2 weeks.

Well........not as bad as I thought.....but I really need to hit it hard again and get the last 20 lbs off before summer!!
