Just made it up like 13 years ago...I was born in 84.

The Hi-Po version of the 65/66 Mustangs were factory "K" Codes, "C" was a 289/200HP (2 Barrel), "A" was 289/225HP (4 Barrel) and the "K" code was 271 HP, solid Lifters, Hi-Po Intake and Exhaust manifolds as well as a special exhaust that was channeled through the rear valance, also available with the GT Option 225.

All Shelby's started life as "K" models and then modified with different Carb and intake (ehxaust remained the same) and the HP was listed at 300

The first forum I ever got involved with was the Classic Mustang Forum and the screen name just stuck as I ventured out to other areas.
