Well, I'm on a mission to be down 20 more pounds at least, by the summer.
Hopefully by the end of this challenge I can loose another 20-lbs but I need to start working out and exercise now to kick up the metabolism.

Take your sugar intake down to 12-14 grams a day and you'll get there......with or without exercise!!
