It is a social buisiness network, kind of like facebook for buisiness. It is not only for internal use, but to reach out and collaborate, even with competitors. The company I work for started using it a few months back and encourage employees to participate at least an hour per week. I am pretty sure there is a subscription($) required. Anyone here heard of Jive or using it?
