Texting issues ?

This week I've had trouble with text messages going through blue to other iPhones(iMessage). Sometimes they go through green other times not at all.
I have rebooted the phone several times, it seems to help, but the problem returns in time. Is it a coincidence that this issue started after I did the update to iOS 7.0? Anyone else having problems texting with iPhone?

I haven't had any issue's, but I never upgraded to the iso7. Just like you said, all my iphone to iphone texts are blue, non iphone texts are green. I haven't had any problems, but I'm still on iso6.

Wonder if it's possible to go back to ios6 to see if problem goes away?
