							Most of mine is fingers and thumb strengthening posting on HB.  
When that's not enough I do 2 sets of 10 push-ups every morning, walk 3 miles at lunch and alternate between sit-ups and strength machine evenings.

							I take classes at a bootcamp marine style gym, not your typical gym whatsoever. Classes vary from running, lifting, boxing and so much more. 							Cardio and weights anywhere from 2-3 times a week each.  
Some weeks will be 3 days cardio and 2 days weights or the other way around.   
Each week is different.
