The only interest I do not mind paying is the mortgage. It is at 3.375.

I can pay it off anytime I want, but I am making more off that money than 3.375. Net interest margin in reverse.

I laugh at people that say "I needed to buy it so I can right off the interest". In business that can work if you are purchasing equipment to expand. People doing it is crazy to me. Spending 10K a year on a payment to save 2K or 3k on taxes. No thanks.
