Went for a nice ride from Torrance Beach to Santa Monica Pier and back on Sat.







Had to make a stop in Venice for a snack and hydration







Then to the Pier.











Heading home

I was there, walking the Venice boardwalk last weekend with some out-of-towners from Idaho who wanted to see it. Ever notice how the Venice boardwalk smells of B.O., urine, and weed???? GEEEEEZE! The "locals" reminded me of the Bar Scene from Star Wars! I had sprayed my body down with Lysol, so I was OK with it.

I'm staying in the LB area thurs-mon and upland mid week to see my grandma. She's still in the house.

Yah I can't believe how dirty it has gotten. Aside from the weed smell, I can't believe all the bums living on the grassy part. Tents and all. Def makes me appreciate Manhattan and Hermosa more.
