Texas opened up a toll road today between SA and Austin that has 85 mph speed limit.

Awesome! 55-75 is just too slow on some of these western highways. I can understand the slower limits back east. In Pennsylvania, for instance, i'd be worried about hitting a deer to go that fast, just like ya gotta be worried about hitting an elk up here on the 260. Fuckers are everywhere.

Moot point for me anyways i guess. I got a nice radar detector on my dash so i haven't really paid attention to a speed limit in years.
