Boating topic!

If anyone's in central ca, western shootout drag boat races at lake mcswain. Between Merced and Mariposa/coultervile between lake mc Clure and don Pedro. this sat and Sunday. Just found out about it.Our local paper didn't even have an add? 1000' course. Will probably check it out at least one of the days.

Yep that's the one! Also said California ht boat assn? Don't know if it's really Columbia or Cali? Will check it out tomorrow.

Saw on another site. Rescue boats not "qualified". So they brought up 2 more from Bakersfield and they didn't qualify either? Something else was going on. Don't know who to blame but most things MID is involved with is screwed up. Sad though not many things to do in central cal especially boating related. Used to have drags every year at berenda res and some at lake Yosemite.
