I am in the process of resurrecting the REX Marine Schiada # 300 twin turbo 540, been parked for 20 years with a blown head gasket, will be quite a undertaking...2 months maybe...I will keep progress on here...and it needs everything....

Would love to see some pics of it now and after you're done. Are you going to tear the engine down completely or just top end?

The engine is out and torn down to the last bolt....BAD...water in it for 20 years....going to reseal the trans and do all the components...all coolers etc...mag the rudder and prop, just everything....basically the boat is nice it just needs a good clean up and everything disassembled and looked at and all the fuel lines replaced for sure....

Any engine upgrades planned?

Yes, I'll do it all myself except the machine work and that will be Gary Kincaid, block and heads are already there, as far as up grades maybe fuel injection.....Sticking with carbs
