If anyone is on the fence about a new GoPro for this holiday season I would considering waiting for shipment of these bad boys. Lots of bells and whistles for the same (if not better) price as previous versions.

I ordered 2 of the silvers, they have yet to arrive.
The 3's are not shipping until November. But I may order 3 of those. Look pretty cool.

I have the original and the 2. Totally disappointed with the 2. The LCD is tiny and hard to read, the wifi backpack is buggy, you can only use one backpack at a time, battery life is very poor on the camera, the gopro app is a big disappointment. Updating the products through the gopro site is lame.
My desk is a mess with USB chargers, batteries and different back covers. . Gopro knows how to sell cool but have a hard time making all of it work easy.
Just my opinion
Hopefully the 3 will be better.
