LOL.... he's a captured wild Mustang Eli, the Bureau of Land Management used to have a program where they would round up the Mustangs and auction them to perspective owners with the promise that the new owners would gentle them and care for them properly. While I don't completely agree with the program,,, I would rather see them adopted and cared for than needlessly poisoned or slaughtered.
