Chicken breasts have been marinading for 24 hours and the pico de gallo was chopped fresh last evening. Two kids are bringing their signature salsas and one son is bringing salmon for the grill along with a big veggie tray.

Wait until I show you where we are going. This guys house rivals most bars. Last year he had two gigantic coolers filled with sliced ribs. He's cooking 50 racks with 20 tri-tips this year. Two margarita machines. Heated pool. Live band. It is the biggest house party I have been to since I was in high school.

This was just texted to me from the party. This is one of the six 55 gallon drums cooking and a picture of the meat.
My two buddies from school are on the right and the captain of Whale Wars.
