I happened to be working up in Reno near TKO and thought I'd stop by to say hello. 20,000 s.f. shop filled with High End, badass, motorsports and that's putting it lightly. Dave is an ex-offshore racer from the 90's and is very passionate about offshore boats. He's currently building a 41' Apache, painted by Billy B, powered by Carson Brummet. The boats that Dave buys and rebuilds come with a Pedigree, which include multiple wins, championships and one-offs. Right now in his stable of Apaches is a 41', 45' and a 47'. The 41' should be completed beginning of 2014. 45' and 47' have not been started, will be started in the near future and we will keep you updated.Dave is also a builder and car collector of high horsepower, rolling muscle cars. I took some pictures of the "Willy", the "Nova", and the "Corvette",
He also has a beautiful "Custom" Truck, take note of the paint job.
The shop was adorned with classic memorabilia.
In the shop you could find 100's of die cast NHRA drag cars, most of them all signed. Dave is very involved in Charities and giving back. It was a pleasure to tour his shop and sit down and get to know him better.

They have some bad ass stuff. That nova and the Willys I believe we're both at the needles boat show this year... Nice.
Took this pic of a nice Apache in the channel a couple of weeks ago.. Caught my eye, as you don't see many of them around..

The owners of that Apache told me at Desert Storm that it was the last 41 to come out of the mold.
The TKO 47 is the Lucky Strike boat. It definitely is a well known race boat and there are some cool videos on youtube of it racing. The 45 they have is supposedly the only 45 ever made. I can't wait to see them finished. Originally Posted by gn7
