Size: 148.6 KBHad a little downtime so I thought I'd practice some 4th axis machining. You get rusty if you don't practice.

So I modeled a twisted square and a twisted triangle together which are complex shapes to machine. Material is black Delrin (Acetel). This is "full time" 4 axis as opposed to "incremental" 4 axis. X,Y,Z and A (rotation) are all moving at the same time. File sizes are huge.

Looks like a methyl methacrylate material? We use this stuff at work. We're trying to get a 5 axis right now.
