We will be staying here again for the 2nd time in as many years. In my opinion, best location in Havasu, for the $$$$. We rent a slip and drive to and from the condo each day as it is, literally, a 30 second drive to the marina. Angela, the owner, is SUPER EASY to work with. Just thought I would share if anybody is looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Havasu with quite a bit of availability. There are 2 rentals that she has, 1 is a 2bd 2bath and the other is a 3bd 2bath.
