    Problem solved??

    Time will tell. Right now, I have a kind of tentative agreement with the bank regarding the Yukon. If I can make this work for us, odds are we can keep the boat. which means I can come out there and spend time drinking beer with you guys...something I really want to do....I will let you all know....keep your fingers crossed.....and thanks for all the help and support....we appreciate it....
