where are you located. also is the bottom half paint or powder coat
the bottom half was polished at one time but was exposed to the sun so i glass beaded it and zinc chromate primered and just painted black. i did this because if it was powder coated it might not be a color someone liked atleast now you can paint whatever color you would like or have powdercoated. i am on long island, ny.
