Drive by today and the water is extremely low. Is there a time of year you can't boat?

We normally put the boats in thru October at Lost Lake with no problems. After that, we go up to Parker to boat, and anchor near the turn buoys at the Circle races for Thanksgiving.
After that, the boats are in drydock till mid March or so and we use the Sandrail and Bikes.
You could go boating I guess, but the water is COLD and Very low, so you need to be really familiar with the area and look down if you're going aways.
