the Garage is deep enough for 38' of RV/Boat parking.. plus two truck parking in the front... the 14 x 14 door makes it super easy to back in.. plus it has full hook ups so you can use the rv as a second living quarters for guests... in the rear there will be a work shop with a utility room..sink and toilet air compressor and such... I know most don't like the wing wall... put I put them in to hide all the work stuff and work bench from the looky lou's driving by..

I have wanted to build a home for a while. Just not sure where I want to build it. We still have a house in San Diego, but we really like traveling. Don't think we will ever move back into it. Love the neighborhood and our friends. Just don't think we will live in California again. Will probably settle in Florida when we get done traveling.

well, not much happening of the havasu home... the hurry up and wait seems to be the norm... had a couple people look at the house for sell.. no offers yet..hope'n we will be able to stay in thru aug. at least... then we can just go to havasu on the motorhome till the new house is done..should be done by jan.
