Well..........after much consultation with the guy doing all the masonry work right now (pouring new dek are by pool, cement slab on side of house, redoing planter to install outdoor fireplace, cut patio for addition of gas line to FP) he convinced me to abandon the metal framing and do the outdoor kitchen in block for only $1K.........so it's all in his hands and I'm at the lake house finishing up my solar panel installation.......only 3 panels left to go and I'm complete over here at the lake house :DQuote:
