Closing a ground up construction deal in 20 days and swooping in on the incumbent bank which is what I just completed this morning. Deposit check picked up on 10/10, got all reports in(not without issues), signed docs at 10am this morning and wired out the money by deadline. SUCCESS!!!!!!
Money in the bank, bills paid, good long term secure career, family and great friends around me... that sounds about right to me
All I know is that I felt much more successful before I saw Jordy's boat show pics :hmmm:
