Los Angeles boat show 2014

Who is going? Mrs. Daytona and I will be there.

What manufacturers will be there?

Will Hotboat have a presence there or will there be a meeting spot?

Until I decide for sure the future of the boat, we will be there....as of this writing....need to get new ropes and bumpers...

Maybe make some special Hotboat shirts for people to wear with an Artists' rendition of the baby blue Ultra, but in a totally different color of blue. :D

Who remembers the back story on that?

As far as the Miami boat show and poker run goes... I've never been, but I've seen and read enough to know that it's a must see event! Boats on display, in the water, FL weather, it's just a complete lifestyle out there! And the poker run after the show is awesome where many of the new boats and many pleasure boat guys run their boats in the bay... Completely different than anything we have out west!!

Honest question;

If you are primarily a Lake boater (say Havasu or LOTO) would the Miami be the place to be or is it pretty much about ocean boats??

It's the biggest on-the-water boat show in the US, plus it's next to South Beach and where can you go see thousands of boats in 80 deg sunny weather in the winter, we've been a few times, it's not a one day event, lots to do, it's February 13-17, come on down, here's the official link with all the info.

And it's only a two hour drive from the house, yippie.

Not sure if we will do a booth, but definitely will be attending and we can figure out a meeting spot.
