Couple shots of fireball before bed may help lol
I was having an issue and tried that "melatonin" (cant spell very good) and it put me to sleep and kept me there. My only problem was I was a bit drowsy the next day.
Wendi...that sucks, I know what that's like and it's no fun.
Suggestion; When you wake up in the middle of the night find something (someone) to do.....it will help you fall asleep .....I know that works for guys at least:D
Stress induced insomnia. U must have something fairly large on ur mind.
That's because you slept 14 hours Saturday night LOL
I think I'm hooked on Melatonin also, one tablet allows me to sleep all the way through till alarm. Two tablets and it takes a long time to completly awaken, therefore I stick with one.
Drinking to much liquid close to bed time causes me to wake up and if some random thought pops into my brain I have a helluva time going back to sleep.
Ambien!
You have a lot of friends in the "Turn Off' thread.......
Too pumped up for that crackerbox ride?
I lay in bed and think about racing. Before I know it, my adrenaline level is through the roof and I can't sleep
I'd be happy with just not being able to sleep. I've been sleepwalking for about a year now, never remember anything the next day. I even thought my girl was messing with me, until she showed me walking out the front door on the serveilance camera.
Usually a little middle of the night activity helps Terri out and if not, it doesn't hurt either, lol.
It's stress... I've been having the same prob. :bangmyhead:
I know and it sucks
I was having the same issue, now the wife got some oils to rub on my scalp at night and it makes a huge difference. I don't know how they work, but they do.
