PICS - River Rockets Flat Bottom Regatta, Pirates Cove-Needles 9/21/13

Hbchgirl and I had a great time at the regatta yesterday! Saw some badass boats! Here's a few pictures...

Marc and Dona picked us up at 7:15 a.m. Five boats caravaned from Parker to Needles with Joe and Teresa Mitchell leading the pack.

This guy came all the way from Oklahoma to show his flat... he's very proud!

This is a one-off boat built in San Pedro, CA in 1945 by a Boeing engineer. The current owner did a complete restoration. As most of you know my memory isn't the greatest, but I believe it has a 318 Ford.
