I impound my property taxes so I don't see it as one bill. It is built into my house payment.
I haven't gotten the mail today and wasn't plannin on it. Now I'll have to go see if my evening is ruined!

In five out of six cases, the county agreed and lowered my assessed amount, my home included. Mine is in an impound account built into the payment as well. No mello roos here. My house is the one thing that we didn't go bigger and better with when times were good....been in the same house for 13 years and I was glad about that when the shit hit the fan. Now boats and cars that's a whole another story.
